#2. No CP Trades and no "Renting" Players
#3. No Renaming Players after thier first ML appearance
#4. 8/31 Trade deadline for playoff eligible players. Players need to be acquired before the sim date of 9/1 to be eligible for the playoffs.
#5. Teams are required to carry the following on thier Major League Roster:
min of 5 position players 27+ YO rated B or better, OR
min of 3 position starters 27+ YO rated B+ or better
min of 4 pitchers 27+ YO rated B or better, AND
at least one of these pitchers must be in first 4 SP slots
#6. any team who loses more than 102 games in a season will move down one position in the each round in the next year's amateur draft. Even if the pick has been traded, the penalty will be applied.

#7. You may only start a Catcher at that position and must have 2 Catchers at the ML level. A catcher must be 100% at the catcher position to be considered a catcher.
#8. Draft picks may be traded for the 2 upcoming seasons only
#9. Any player who does not access their team in a 2 week period will lose their team.
#10. Rule violations must be corrected in a timely manner, players who show unwillingness to play according to league rules will be removed from the league by league vote. Violating member will not be allowed to vote therefore 8 votes against will result in expulsion. Only league commissioner may call for expulsion vote.
#11. This league will show numbers instead of skill ratings..

You will have the standard options. Show only numbers, show only letters, and show them only on various pages, etc. All leagues that show numbers have these options.Tyson

Need to clarify this. Assumptions are that you need to have these players in your lineup. According to this rule they only need to be on your roster.

Need to clarify this. Assumptions are that you need to have these players in your lineup. According to this rule they only need to be on your roster.

Part ONE. Either, 5 27 + year old B or better on roster, or 3 27 + year old B+ in lineup. That is how I read the first part.
The second part is pitchers, and you need ONE 27 + B to be in one of the top four spots in your rotation, as well, 3 other 27 + B or better PITCHERS. So, 4 27 + B or better pitchers.

There are two parts to the rule.Part ONE. Either, 5 27 + year old B or better on roster, or 3 27 + year old B+ in lineup. That is how I read the first part.
The second part is pitchers, and you need ONE 27 + B to be in one of the top four spots in your rotation, as well, 3 other 27 + B or better PITCHERS. So, 4 27 + B or better pitchers.
