Although he is a good player I would not give up those two pitchers for him. I think you would put yourself in a whole pitching wise by making this trade.

Carter is one of the 7 players rate A overall in our league and he can play at SS

That's easy for you to say, being that you're the one making the offer.
Myself, I don't like this deal much. Carter is a nice player but the other guys are just filler, and aren't worth giving up a solid young reliever and a good veteran still in his peak years...
