Trade advice in the Graig Nettles League

I need your help with this trade offer. This is a Private or Speed League

I have been offered:

I'm in total rebuild mode. It seems like my guy is pretty good and will get better. I'm thinking that the 2's aren't worth getting 5 years older. What am I overlooking here?

If you're in "total rebuild", as you say, a 31-year old pitcher is pretty much useless to you. No matter how good he is right now, he'll be crap by the time you're ready to contend.
