I'd probably take this deal, it's pretty good for you.
However, you really need to find a way to trade for CPs, or trade a prospect - if you can't develop Walsh, this deal isn't nearly as good.

My bullpen has been a rather glaring weakness with a 5.94 ERA. Lange would be an immediate fix and Walsh would shore things up later down the road.
Everitt has developed into quite a fine hitter and has been rather money against RHP.
My CP situation is probably what is stopping me from accepting. I
can promote Matos and insert him near the top of my lineup. I could stick his points on Walsh. I don't have any room to bring him to the majors without optioning someone, though. I figure Pedro Evans would have to go.

Yeah, the CPs are the issue. At OS 22, sending Matos to the majors won't be awful, and with his health it's a reasonable risk. That lets you give his CPs to Walsh, as you said.
I'd designate either Evans or Tim Phillips for assignment to clear the roster space.
Good luck!

If I designate a pitcher, it's either Bobb or Jerzembeck. Thanks for the input.
Anyone else want to chime in?

I think these two deals together really help your team. It's only a one year fix, but Stauffer could take Everitt's place; Lange is another useful addition to the pen; and Walsh is a decent prospect.
I'm not sure I LOVE either of those trades alone...though neither one is bad. But I really like the net effect if you pull the trigger on both of them.
