Trade advice in the Dazzy Vance League

I need your help with this trade offer. This is a Private or Speed League

I predict the Det pick in 06 will be around #30. Not much to pick from there. Sandt would be an upgrade over Flemming and with Jones & Eagan aging rapidly the youth injection would be nice for the bullpen. Bob Butcher isn't quite the player Stephenson is but I think this trade improves your team because you'll get two usable players for the price of one.
Accept like it is or get greedy and counter asking for a better draft pick.
