well it seems like he is offering the probable 15/16 #'d pick and a crappy player and a so-so reliever for a stud reliever.

No, you could counter, for maybe the 1st, some cps (if you can do that in that league) and maybe, idk, bush, from his team, who is better than that 20 yr old C+/C+ you currently have cps on.
