Trade advice in the George Van Haltren League

I need your help with this trade offer. This is a Dynasty League

#2 of 3 trade offers. This one is probably my favorite, but the pick isn't going to replace Jackson most likely.

Boudreaux did extremely well with conversions his first season, which made him a better prospect, but he feels like someone who is generally available in the latter half of the first round. This draft pick projects as a late first rounder which could have some value depending on the depth of the draft class. However, I don't know if the combination of these two options is as good as the potential of a top five pick. I prefer Brooklyn's offer.
