You have 5 pitchers that are 32 or older. Rueben is the only pitching prospect you have and don't think that you will get another decent pitching prospect with that 2nd rd pick he's offering.
Catching prospects, if its like most leagues, are rare. Even if he is lacking defensively he must have some value or he wouldn't have made the offer.
I wouldn't do it.
