I believe the trade wouldn't help him improve that much meaning the draft pic exchange would be an upgrade for you. I think I would counter and ask for his young catcher Tovar instead of Rakow. Skaff does have some upside to him and could turn into an excellent hitter.

Hitters being easier to find and develop than pitchers, I'd hang on to Koehler unless you just have some filthy rich pitching depth.

Skaff has decent upside. Rakow is pretty much a bum. You appear to be moving up some in draft position, but it's way to early to have a clue how much.Hitters being easier to find and develop than pitchers, I'd hang on to Koehler unless you just have some filthy rich pitching depth.
