To clarify our existing policy, we added a fourth listing to our site-wide rule clarifications that are not explicit in league listings or the rule book.
This simply restates that we may protect a league by removing owners that are no longer active on the site for long periods of time with no explanation.
Private leagues may have stated individual guidelines or specifics regarding this rule, but this principle will apply in some fashion to all leagues and we wanted to make sure that was adequately documented
