Newbie here, am currently in 1st place, getting ready for a playoff run (I hope) is this trade worth the extra punch in the lineup?

Trading Stellberger for either of those - McNamara OR a late 1st rounder like yours - is already slightly pricey for a guy who's already 35. Trading both is definitely way too high of a price.
The upgrade would definitely be quite helpful for you and its a good idea - but I certainly wouldn't give up nearly that much for a guy whose performance will be declining every year (especially when you don't "need" him to make it to the postseason).
I don't know the details of your league, but with a team in your position I'd be more inclined to shop around and see "what's the best infielder vet I can get for a 2nd rounder" or ideally a FUTURE 2nd rounder, since you could use this year's to get some youth for your minors. You might also try trading Wally Brown, who might still be useful to a rebuilding team with a veteran infielder it can't use.
Also, fix your CPs. You should have 5 CPs on Crutcher, McNamara, and Javier Davis. Don't bother with CPs on Kaiser (given his skill level, he's "too old" to bother developing now) or Morris (too old for CPs, period, and especially when you have younger prospects to coach instead).
Also, I would demote Sam Roberts and promote Lee Morris instead. You don't really want Roberts anywhere near your bullpen - he doesn't contribute, will only cause problems if he 'accidentally' sees game time, and Morris both can't be as disruptive from the bench and might even hit an occasional home run when he's not busy striking out. :)
