You're already out of it for this season, so it's really just a matter of next season.
From that perspective, King Daugherty will already decline before he's of use to you next season, Buhl is useless to you while contending, Thompson is only so-so for you at best, and the 2nd round pick is nice but not especially useful to you right now.
If you want to shop around for a vet or two to fill out your roster to contend next year, you can do it much more cheaply than giving up an MVP contender like McGirt.
As a sidenote, you need to REALLY focus on getting younger players when you draft. You also need to focus your coach points. You don't even have all 15 assigned, and they're spread out so far that they're going to be useless right now. As a general starting point, pick you 3 best prospects under 23, and put 5 CPs on each. And you need to draft some better prospects. :)
