This is blind league. Ipeg Foster at C(+) velocity and B(+) control With B+ endurance.

I would decline and keep Brian Foster because you need to spread your age groups. If you accept you would have 10 pitchers 29 or older (not counting minors).

I'm no expert on blind leagues but it stands to reason that an owner of a player has a good idea of where his players are in relation to moving up a grade. Haney & Wilson are at the age where they don't improve much so what you see is what you get. Haney has had a good whip the last three years indicating he can hold his own. Wilson also has a good whip but I'm guessing he is maxed out in control and he is done improving at 29.
