I would do this one. You have here the opportunity to acquire one of the top pitchers in the league who still has 5 more solid seasons left. You're also acquiring Brooklyn's number one pick which should be top 5 and may be top 3. In return you're giving up two prospects that have flaws in their game. They're decent prospects but also flawed and a very solid relief pitcher. The picks you're giving up are inconsequential to this deal. Do this one.

You gave up a lot of young talent, but as Bart says, you got a total stud pitcher, and those guys don't come cheap. To acquire a guy like Dean/Woods you're going to have to overpay a little bit.
