Juan Nieves should be a B+ 26 year old this coming off season. He will be decent but not great. I would make the trade and let By Cole have his spot in the rotation.
IMO- put Jim AcKer back in the minors and use Izzy Todts CPs.

The Cincy pick looks to be two drafts away. Cincy is currently at the top of the standings but given the age of some of their stars I believe they will slip in the standings next year.
