I already have developing players in the minors, and don't want to split my CP's between 5 or 6 players.

I'm not sure I wanna give up that many draft picks, plus another player for the other 2. I'm also not sure I wanna bring Loin up this early, I'd like his arm to be a bit better first.

McGarr and the 2 3rd rounders are useless, so you're essentially looking at Tompkins for the #1 overall. I would gamble that the #1 will be better.

When you have a pick in the top 3-4, it's almost always best to at least wait for the draft class before you trade it away. If you're worried about CP's, there's always a chance that you can get a guy who's ready to move straight to the majors. And picking that high, if there's no one in the draft that fits you team, you can almost always trade that pick later. You have almost nothing to lose by waiting to see the draft class.
