I dont think its worth it for those two pitchers. They will both be B- or B /A+ or so type of guys. I don't think thats worth the nice 18 year old. And the other two aren't enough to make it worth it. But that's just me.

I would not take this deal. Gullett and Blanco will be significantly better than Masterson and Gilbert because of the huge difference in control. Al Miller is a decent prospect, but he's a long CP project and doesn't really merit converting from two quality pitchers to two guys who will never be more than weak low-control #4 or #5 starters at best, even with the 2nd rounder thrown in. Not to mention the fact that you don't have the CP availability to coach Al Miller anyway.
