Charmed out of our Webs. Balt. & Clev.4

Another loss.:( This time the Mgrs fault. I should nver have sent Myron Eckersly to start against the Baltimore team. He was just too inexperienced and gave up that three run first inning that made the difference in the game. On the plus side some of our kids like Jack Deal and Lou Gerhardt and Dave Patterson showed some plate discipline as we picked up six bases on balls. and the kids played tough without Hamelin,Combs, and Mule Garrido who was out to pick up energy and reduce the chance for another big injury. Two of our young hitters in the minors improved and all in all while a few more wins would be nice, our club is coming along well and when we get some guys back off the DL and the kids keep improving while we have no chance at the series we may have a lot to say about who goes. Baltimore has a nice club but they lack the depth and pitching to make a serious run at Boston in our estimation.:cool: Any they beat our tails so we can't say too much osther than we will keep scraping.:P
