If I was you, I would just swap John Wilsons.

Sounds like a joke, but it's true. Detroit would be getting around 6 seasons of top-shelf relief and only giving up a 3rd and a 4th rounder, both of which have such bad health that they will probably never develop into .300 or 25 HR types, and if they do it will be because you spent a ton of CPs on them and then only get them for 120 games a season if you're lucky.
