Trade advice in the Warren Spahn League

I need your help with this trade offer. This is a Private League.

I have been offered:

1991 Draft Pick Rd 2(CLE)

I would give up:

Here is a link to my depth chart

Here is a link to the other owner's depth chart

And here is a link to my league's standings

Thanks for the help. This is my first season, and I am a newbie at this, but this is my thought:

If I would accept the trade then I would be getting a some young blood that I could work with to be a pretty descent player, but I would be losing a somewhat highly experienced player who right now I am looking at as being part of my 3-4-5 power slot section of my batting order. I am leaning more towards decline, but would like any advice available. Thanks.

I'm looking at this and it appears that you're an expansion team that is just taking over and that your season is about to begin. I'm going to assume that you're going to fix your minors and just haven't gotten to it yet because 1 CP on everyone would be a big waste.
Your team is clearly not going to compete, the pitching just isn't there and won't be for a few years. I wouldn't be adverse to dealing Lewis and this might be your best deal. He's your best player but is about to start his decline. A contender may make a run at him but he's the kind of player I typically trade a second or third round pick to acquire. You're not only getting a second but you're also getting a margainal prospect who immediately becomes your best/only prospect. Its a fair deal. To be honest though, I might ask for Bowers and Brown instead of the pick since you desperately need someone who you can develop this year. Brown is very margainal with his D- health but lets face it, you have nobody in the minors under the age of 24.
I might just take a day and float some other offers as well. For instance, Pittsburgh finished 23 games behind New York last year and is aging. They're probably going to run for another year or two. I would offer him to them for young players that have no CPs in the minors such as Smith and Castino and just see what happens. Give it one day.
