barterer2002, thanks for the advice.....I am realtivly new to this game so I am just learning.... I am sure that I am going to take your advice, even though other league members might think that I am tanking to put myself in position for the overall #1 pick....

There is a clear difference between tanking and development in my mind. Tanking is deliberately trying to lose games in order to get high draft picks by playing guys off the waiver wire that will never amount to anything. Development is looking at your team and trying to play the combination of guys that will give you the best team in 3-5 years.
