Trade advice in the Vince Coleman League

I need your help with this trade offer. This is a Private or Speed League

I have been offered:

You usually don't want to give up a high level pick for quantity. Sometime a middle of the first round pick, another first rounder, and a good young prospect might get me interested, but usually if you have a top round pick you need it :)

This one is tough. The OF he offered you could be a future 4th OF, and you could probably get at least one decent prospect with those 2nd round picks. The 1st round pick could get you a good young player, but the #1/#2 overall pick you will have this year is worth more, most likely will be a stud. I would either ask for more, or just say no and keep the pick.
