Jeffries for a C+ OS 25yr old catcher that will never be nothin, a B- 30yr OS 1B that really does nothing for you, and a late 2nd rounder. You do the math. 1+1=3 :lol::lol:

Yeah, I'd turn this one down as well I don't think you're getting anything that helps your team

OK, I offered the trade so I'm biased. But I think it's a fair trade. He has no
CPs on Jeffries, so he's not going to develop much, and so isn't really worth that much to him. Gregg is a decent hitter against RP (look at his stats) and is 29 years old. His 1B is 38! One of his two catchers backs up 1B. One is weak in contact, the other is weak in power, they are both mediocre in fielding. Driscoll is not much of a hitter, but he is only 24 (OS25) and will improve. He has better than average range and arm. And I am including a second round pick, altho I do expect to come in 1st or 2nd this year. But all in all, I think I am offering players that improve his team a bit for someone he doesn't have the CPs to develop.

Well actually he should put Jeffreries into the linup and get him the ABs. I look at Driscoll as nothing and Gregg as backup material. It isn't that the deal is a bad one I just don't see how it helps.
