Since the data was tainted, we have reset the pitcherstats splits for the current season. Pitchers will begin accumulating splits again with the next game. I felt that it was better to have correct split stats for a partial season, than to have some tainted data in there.

We found a mistake on how hits were being allocated for pitcher splits. Abe was either putting all hits as vs LHB or RHB for each pitcher. We have corrected this problem.Since the data was tainted, we have reset the pitcherstats splits for the current season. Pitchers will begin accumulating splits again with the next game. I felt that it was better to have correct split stats for a partial season, than to have some tainted data in there.
