Those are some good young players, and it doesn't look like you're contending.

I would take the deal, stick Shinault in the majors to free up some CPs, and either go 4-4-4-3 with your CPs, or try to re-trade one of your young prospects for a decent majors-ready player.

Also, you really need to trim your minors down to 15.
