Tyson...thanks for you continuing efforts to improve your product AND to accept input from your users. SD really is...or ought to be...the model for the online sports sim.

For you guys who have never been anywhere else, go try out WhatIfSports...a product of Fox Sports. They are about what you would expect from Fox - brash, arrogant, closed-minded, completely unwilling to admit when they're wrong. It is the most user hostile environment I've ever encountered...and that includes Microsoft Online tech support.

Aparicio - there are a lot of things I could work on. I decided to work on this. I'm also planning on working on stretching this term, which is one of the top 5 ideas at ideascale. If you have an idea that you feel deserves our consideration, put it on ideascale and start voting it up.

Will stretching create opportunities for outfield assists at 2B and 3B ?

I believe this is the key. There are several MLB pitchers (primarily closers) whose career totals are in the range of 12.0 K/9: Billy Wagner, Brad Lidge, Johnathan Broxton. Quite a lot more above 11.

We should have some of those lights-out guys.
