Ties are broken randomly.

OK, the bidding will now lock 3 hours before the draft. I am going to upload the code, generate some dummy teams, and set the bid lock and the draft on the schedule for the next few hours so if your bids aren't in, now's the time.

Looks like it worked. Would there be any way for everyone to see what other people's bids were? Maybe have a bar across the top of each round on the complete results page?

Actually, I explicitly block you from seeing other owners' bids; I don't want to give away people's bidding strategies, especially in single season where you may be in multiple initial drafts against the same owners over time..
