i think its non, intstead of un, dumbshit. we will have to check it with max. and at that time he can explain to you the difference between plead, pled, and pleaded. its kind of like light, lit, and lighted. a tense and choice kind of a thing. if the various tenses of plead were the proper choice, which they aren't. i believe in this case you were searching for "pledged."

Where to begin...

We'll start with "lit," which is what Goat was last night (OH BABY).

Syco did indeed flub that sentence. I wouldn't deny "unbribable," but "plead" is unacceptable and must be withdrawn.

Tim is right that Syco was aiming for "pledged." Had Syco actually required use of the past tense of the verb "to plead," that would be a different story.

When I did death-penalty work we had an ongoing intramural debate over whether the proper term was "pled" or "pleaded". "Pled" is common, but I prefer "pleaded." But it's no slam dunk.

"did plead" is not a past participle.

Your posting diarrhea is producing some unfortunate effluent. Remember, quality before quantity.

AP style prefers that one use "pleaded."

Isaiah clearly needs more proof than my pic above to believe that pleats exist in pants. I maintain that it's a liberal plot to obscure the truth...

I must say I am terribly disappointed in this so called coup attempt. The self anointed, drunken emperor did not show, the rebel Mick did not show(possibly also drunk). Instead I find myself reading a discussion concerning the "coolness" of pleats. Veeery weak.
