Sorry I was away for a while.

I am using Internet Explorer, and I see it on all my teams.

The menu bar is on the far left, then a huge gray space in the middle and the standings way over on the right. At full width of the screen, it cuts off just after the Loss column of the second league.

You are viewing the raw post code; this allows you to copy a message with BBCode formatting intact.
I don'tlike it. Clutters up the page and makes the standings appear smaller.

Works fine for me (altho it does load a little slower). I like it - I read the
league messages often; I can now tell if there's anything new without
going to the messages page.

I like it, but I have big(ger) monitors perhaps.

I'm a very big fan of this, it's much better than having to check the forum only to see no new messages... :) good idea

I was looking for more specific feedback if people have it (Like add this column, remove that column, put more messages, less messages, put it on other pages, etc.)

The idea behind this came out of the Rule of 150 thread in Q&A. Some people contend that a lot of league problems ultimately boil down to the fact that some league members just aren't engaged with the rest of the league. This is meant as a way to get people who aren't checking the message boards to start posting in their leagues.

The goal is to get more activity on the message boards.

how about an option in the profile of what page(s) you want it to be on? I think it might be helpful on, say, the trade desk.

Thanks for the help Jason - it should be fixed now.

It is, and thanks Tyson.

BTW, I do like the ability to post a new topic there, too. I think this will encourage more owners to read the boards and it gives you an immediate glance at how little or much has been posted.

how about an option to turn it off?

I think it should be on ur login page instead of the standings page, otherwise I like the change.

I was just about to ask the same thing. It also seems to make both pages slower which isn't exactly what this site needs right now IMHO.

I bet there is only 150 people that like the idea.

Really appreciate everything you do tyson, but I'm not a fan of this change. Clutters up the page. I don't think this will help people participate in the league. If they're not checking the league board, it's pretty unlikely they'll bother with this either

I think it is a positive change, but agree with jetpac about being able ot see it on the trade desk.

I like not having to go to the message boards to see if there is a new post as well.

Howdy all, I do like this concept as more people will see what is current on the boards. I am in agreement with those that want it on the login page as this page is seen by everyone. I have already benefited by trade info sooner than I would have known as I always check the standings first and sometimes forget to check the boards if I am busy. This way it pops up and I can see when someone posts trade info which sometimes needs to be acted upon immediately. Bryce

my biggest problem with it, other than its ugly and seems to slow things down, is when you click a topic, it doesn't even take you to the last page if its a long topic, it takes you to the first page. and it doesn't even take you to the board, if you want to see the rest of the board, you still have to go up and click the league board.

if we HAVE to have somewhere, then put it on the login page.

I would like there to be something on the standings board that would alert an owner that a trade has been proposed, it seems that trades take a few days if not a week to be accepted or declined. Maybe have an asterik that denotes a trade has been offered by the teams name. Just a thought; however I do like this enhancement and I hope it will keep more owners active in there individual leagues.

i like it the way it is. the standings page is a page that everyone will look at. i never see the login page as i'm automatically logged in or do you think of the "home" page? maybe it would be better to have options, like you can tick if you want it on the standings page or trade desk or where ever.
i don't care if it slows a site down. i wouldn't play simdynasty if i hadn't enough time for it. so i'm patient enough to wait a few seconds more, that won't destroy my life...

I like this idea alot! Keeps everybody on the up and up with the meassage boards. They've definately been alot more active and it seems it has brought more excitement to my league as owners are communicating via message boards alot more. Also saves time. Very nice
