The formula I was given by Jet says that players drafted in the 3rd round have a base salary of $2,250,000 - (draft round * 500000), which is $1,500,000. C players have a base salary of $750,000.

Tyson 2, 250,000-1,500,000 + 750,000 is 1,500,000 but his salary card is going for 2,250,000.

2.25M-(3*.5M) +.75M = 1.5M

You bring up a good point :) Never let the math get in the way of a good argument. Let me look at this again.

I was mistaken, C players have a base salary of $1,500,000, not $750,000
