How many ICs will this kid actually get.

ABE is really starting to hate me. One of my best prospects can't collect an IC for his life. It is a system 6 minor leagues, and he has had 4 CP the entire year. There has never been more or less than 15 guys in my minors at any time. Does anybody have some thoughts has to the number of ICs he will get, or what has been causing this lack of IC collection?[url=http://www.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?statsorimps=imps&id=11691098]Martinez[/url]
