Stamina is very important and while everything is always relative, overall quality of your starter vs. the backup, position, attitude, etc., I dont like my guys to be under 75-80 energy, especially at the skill positions and more so in the defensive backfield.February 16, 2014 at 08:28PM View BBCode

Thats a good guide, obviously if you are deep at a position you can afford to adjust that a little either way, 80-95, whatever. If you dont have great depth at a certain position you may want to allow a guy to play a little longer, but I wouldn't recommend going below 65.February 17, 2014 at 01:57AM View BBCode
