YES TO ALL!
I am not going to make this into a big deal, but I don't know how one of the most productive Short stops in this leagues history can't get a yes vote. His career has been one of the best this league has ever seen for a Shortstop and he had the post season resume, the gold gloves and the rings to back it all up. Honestly Bruce should of been a unanimous yes. I am not being biased here. He would of been a yes on any team with that career.
Here are some other short stops in the Hall of Fame and compare these guys to Bruce

For the first time in a long time I am going to have to vote yes on everyone. Gerberman is the weakest of the group, but there's something to be said about someone that plays that long. He never would of gotten it had he played the normal amount of years, but since he didn't he deserves it.YES TO ALL!

Shawnwoods, I hear what you're saying, but I think that's up for debate in SimD. In real life, I would agree 100%, but for a sim, playing in 3000 games is no less impressive than hitting 500 homers. Possibly more impressive, considering that Gerberman is the only one in this league to have done it.

I guess there is where it gets confusing. Gerbeman had a long career, but really wasn't an all star nor did he do anything special. He was an Iron Man and that's it. No special awards, no post season honors. Nothing. I voted for him because by him playing so long it was a special thing and I gave him my vote. Cheezweezel what I don't understand is why you didn't vote for Bruce. He can be argued as the best Short stop this league has ever seen. He had the rings, the gold gloves, the post season history and his career was more than worthy. If Bruce would of played just one or two more years and "padded" his stats it wouldn't of been a question. I think we get into a habit of looking at hitters and if we don't see 500 Home runs then it's a no. We need to look at the full body of work. The awards. Everything. I guess it's just a mystery Pecker, but I don't feel like going into it right now. However, I would suggest that we have an All-Star discussion thread in the future. People will make their votes and that's that, but it could be interesting to have a little more involvement in the nomination process.

In the nomination process I encourage owners to promote their players with stats and other accomplishments and that's what we have done. I feel that some owners vote no on other people's players out of spite or a general distaste for another owner which is very wrong and in the wrong spirit of the game. If that was the case then no one would get in the Hall because owners would just keep voting down other owners players because they could. Honestly the the players that should of gotten in this time was Christiansen, Gerbeman, and Pearson. Those 3 shouldn't of been a debate. I could see where the others could of been on the fence, but for sure those 3 shouldn't of had any issues. Everyone has their opinion and that's why we vote. To say that I think some people's evaluations are wrong are an understatement, but it is what it is. After all it's just a simulated baseball game. I know that some people vote out of spite. Why I don't know because unless there is some secret animosity between players no one should be dissatisfied in this league. I have been in a couple of other leagues and believe it or not we have it very good in this league when it comes to owners being pretty respectful, but you always have those bad apples from time to time.
