On several positions, there will be two players tied at a particular ranking, and they will both be listed as (for example) "5" and then, the guy below them is "6" instead of "7"
If you rank All players, you can see that by the time you get to the 30th-ranked player, he's only rated "25" so this is happening in a few places.
I'm guessing that players with identical overall ratings down to the 10th are being displayed as tied, because even other guys with the same 2-digit number aren't sharing the tie.
