Another Backend Change

I've made a change to one of the scripts for playing games. I am hopeful this will have a big impact on the site problems we've been seeing lately. If you see any problems with games, please let me know.Thanks,

we have tested that retirement logic enough, its crazy. some of the teams are senior league baseball (its the teams that are not being cared for anymore, and it is screwing the stats up beyond all scope of reason). until we can get owners for those teams, how about retiring (right now, preferably) all the old players (just pick a number, whatever, 39, 40 whatever you want, and send them all simuolated home, they're awful. then the auto promote code will at least fill those teams up from their bloated minors. what think? and then maybe after that you could just put the league back on the old retirement code. and then all the old players that don't get retired now will get retired at the end of the next season if they're awful.

I've moved cubfan and barterer's teams to the betauser screen name. If someone cares enough to fix these teams, please go ahead and log in and clean them up.If anyone is interested in running these teams, please let me know.

I do like the idea of "auto-waiving" any players in the minors over 38 and players over 30 with overall grades of C+ or less when the minors have more than 25 players.Pages: 1
