I added an option in the Edit Profile area so you can choose to use the old player cards vs. new player cards (Image vs. Classic)By default, everyone will use the new cards.

nice idea. But personally, I like the new ones.

On a side note: Why do we include major league service time on player cards ?
This info is not, to the best of my knowledge, used for anything so why have it on the card ?

How do years of service play into Hall of Fame voting ?
I've honestly never looked at it, and am unsure as to how it could influence my voting.

Eventually, I'll fix the ROY stuff so that this field is taken into account. Other than that, I can't think of a reason to keep it - other than it's always been.Tyson

I do use it, in very limited circumstances. If I've called a young dude up for a little while, I can see that he was active for X days and I got him into Y games. (Lets me know how I'm using him.) It's a teeny little bit easier to do than do the math on when I called him up and sent him down -- especially if he's been up and down several times.But if you had some better information to put there and wanted to kill it, that's just fine with me.

I like having the option to choose the type of player card I prefer. I think the information is easier to find on the old style.
