Sometimes trades are more than just whether or not the value is fair.

You're already ignoring an awfully good pitching prospect. Where are you going to get the CP to develop Gonder and Turner? If you can't develop them, they're useless.

I'd say No Deal. Gonder has a chance to be an all star but it's a heavy price to pay.
