Basic guideline - you will probably NEVER want to trade a 1st rounder for a 35-year-old B+ player, unless your 1st rounder turned out to be a spectacularly crappy pick.
If you want Hinshaw so much, offer a 2nd round pick straight up, which is frankly generous for Hinshaw but not unreasonable. He's absolutely not worth these 1st round players you're posting.
