Trade advice in the Ozzie Smith League

I need your help with this trade offer. This is a Private or Speed League

No, I would not take this at all. Your pick rates to be rather high, and could snap up a young pitcher like Partridge in the draft. So if your pick is roughly comparable to Partridge, then this deal essentially would trade away Garrett for Welch. That's not a good deal for you, so you should decline.

I think it's the right idea with your squad to be trading away Garrett to facilitate your rebuild, but this deal isn't it.

By the way, if you ever want Lillard and Machemer to have ANY value, get them into the majors where they can develop instead of rotting in your minors with no CPs!
