I would definitely take this trade.

Frankly, I would almost rate Fresno better than Pernoll straight up, thanks so Fresno's huge power. His only disadvantage (albeit a significant one) is his health; nonetheless, Fresno will probably put up better numbers down the road with maxxed power from both sides, at least for the games he can actually play. :)

So the fact that you ALSO get a 1st rounder, and Nurmi, makes this a definite 'Accept' trade.
