WHAT IS THE TRADE DEADLINE FOR PLAYERS TO B ELIGIBLE FOR THE PLAYOFFS IN SPEED LEAGUES?

this is my first season on sim dyn....im a little confused on the drafting..ive done my numbers the way i want them, but i dont see anything that will allow me to pre-arnk my players for our upcoming draft....where is the pre-ranker??? will the computer draft my players or will i be able to draft my own team???hopefully ill be able to draft my own!
