Dunn, seriously we can work a deal for Garrett. Ramirez will be better than any hitter you have in your lineup right now. He might not play SS but he can play anywhere else but C. My opinion is that I am over paying but I have been wrong before. I hope you get some advice besides mine because mine is BIAS. Good Luck. :D

Having said that, your team is going nowhere fast. So trading Garrett might make sense, if you don't think you can contend before he begins to decline.
But, you're going to have your own high draft picks to develop, without trying to pour 5 CP into a 13-16th pick for four or five seasons. So, I'd ask for Boddicker and Ramirez, and forget the late #1 draft pick. That's stiff, but an A- starter with A control who isn't 30 yet should command that price. If not, shop him around the league and see what kind of offers you get.

I would be reluctant to part with a 29-year old A-/A under just about any circumstances. But if you do, you should expect more than a decent prospect and a playoff #1 pick. That's what you get when Garrett is 31- or 32-years old.
