Post here for any deals you've made that involve future obligations by or to your team. Please be as specific as possible.

None here.
Max, I presume you do not mean to include draft picks already listed on the site, unless the other side of the trade involved unknown future obligations. Is that right?

I mean anything currently owed. For example, Tommy Reis is being trained by STL for KC, but I can't remember for how long. It would be nice to have that information (and other info on other deals) in one place (here).

We request that you please always post the details of any trade which involves agreements which aren't obvious to anyone viewing the trade. Things such as future picks, CPs, etc. should always be posted.

This is important so that people looking at what they might perceive to be a lopsided trade can see there is more involved. They also understand when a player goes back. And, perhaps more importantly, it's something of a proof of agreement between you and the other team. It's out there and posted that one person is obligated to put 5 CPs on a certain player. This makes it harder for them to cheat or break that agreement.

Here are the details from the Tommy Reis deal, copied from an earlier post:

The KC Coroners trade veteran 2B Scott Kingston to the St. Louis Redeemers for training considerations regarding young KC hurler Tommy Reis. Reis, another KC RP prospect, will be training at St. Louis' highly regarded minor league affiliate for the remainder of '58, all of 1959, and the first two months of 1960. He will be returned to the Coroner farm system (as a stud) on June 1, 1960. Five (5) St. Louis coaches will work with Reis daily to improve all facets of his game.

Please note that this trade will also include a 1969 Boston 2nd round pick going to KC. This will be finalized when Boston (Dave) is able to get that pick released from SD.

August 03, 2007 at 05:56AM View BBCode

it is simple todd,he give me some thing and in return I give him a player that he will stay in my minor team with 5CPs for 1 seson than after I give him the player and the trade is complete,so the other owner is not wasting CP
