Kinda a tossup. You have an old team going nowhere. You need to deal your decent players to start a rebuild. The #1 from Cinn will prolly be a decent pick but not a Top 5 pick depends on how your drafts are running. Collier will certainly help him win a WC. At 30yo Collier will help him win for 5-6 more years.
Perez isn't even his best prospect. it will be 4-5 yrs before Perez will help you and with his fielding it prolly won't be at SS.
(Riggert/Cook) & Green would be more of a value for you. Green will be a stud RP...forget the #1 Pick...Drafts are crapshoots.
Green and Cook or Riggert will help you more. Collier is quality...don't sell him short.

He took it off the table. I have come to realize that nobody wants to do what it takes to win. Collier could be an all-star for any team.

Yes is true Collier is an all-star but Perez will be too,he will give 10 season of 300 and 20 homeruns, the first draft pick will be a 4 to 8 overall

It was a pretty good deal - good prospect plus a #1, if I was rebuilding I'd probably have taken it.
Collier must be low in those hitting grades because, in all honesty, his career numbers are pretty underwhelming for a guy who "could be an All-Star for any team" - in fact he's never been an all star.
