I'd take it. Really the first round pick for a 35 year old OF is reasonable in my mind. Because you're in a young league he'll probalbly play 3-4 more years but they'll be progressively worse. Plus, during that time your team isn't going to be competing and needs an influx of youth. You probably won't get a better offer so take it.

Given that you have no teenagers in the minors, and therefore can free up CPs next year, I'd do the deal.
Coryn is a great player, but he's already beginning the inevitable decline and your aren't contending, so look to the future and take the picks.

Go for it, any 35 year old hitter should be traded if it's for a first rounder if the 35 year old is with a rebuilding team.
