btw, you need to tidy up your minor league cps. when you just distribute 1 pt on a bunch of players you end up developing no one. pick 3 and go 5-5-5

i agree. it seems reasonable if you think you can develop the draft picks.

Or if you have 4 really good ones you can do 5, 4, 3, 3. Or 4, 4, 4, 3. If you manage to get 4 good prospects I would recommend doing that rather than just letting one waste away by doing 5, 5, 5.

Get your minor league roster down to 15/16 players, send Alcantara down and put 5 CPs on Alcantara, Valenzuela and Jankowski.
Bring up O'neill and have him be your back-up catcher, he's never going to be much but at least he's not 19 and wasting his improvement chances like Alcantara is, or grab a 30/31 year old with good mentor scores off the waiver wire to fill in while Alcantara develops in the minors .
