Trade advice in the Juan Marichal League

I need your help with this trade offer. This is a Private or Speed League. My goal is remain somewhat competitive while rebuilding my aging pitching staff. The infield will replaced slowly by the four youngster currently on my rooster (Gelbert plus Hafey, Rasmussen and Burns)

I think this is a pretty reasonable offer. The NYN team looks to be in the middle of the pack, so this rates to be a #6-#10 pick or so. That's pretty reasonable to me considering Dunlap's poor health and the fact that he's already OS 32. His offensive scores must be at the top of the range, considering his production, but I'd still be comfortable with this trade.
