I don't understand why Cincy is making the offer. I would maybe make this type of offer if I thought it would push me over the top for the next 2-3 seasons but Cincy isn't at that point. They're a .500 club in 4th place.

Now in your position I'd be tempted because its a lot of stuff but for the most part you're not getting anything. LaRocca with 2 years of CPs is going to be an OS21 year old with C/B- B-/B+ ratings. Ok but not special.
There are 6 draft picks there but you can't develop all of them. You'd get Washington's pick this year which looks to be in the 10-12 range. OK, you can get a decent prospect there, actually two prospects with your own pick. You can probably replace your top three prospects in this draft with two picks in the first round and your second round pick. Those players, however, are going to need at least 2-3 years of CPs. You've then got the 1952 draft with your own pick New York's first round pick (which should be a playoff pick 12-16). plus your own and Cincy's second round picks.

The long and short of it is that you'll never even begin to be able to develop all those picks. Unless you can make a deal similar to the one Cincy is offering you its not worth it and you probalby won't get as good a pick

You're also tied for first half way through the season. I would concentrate on adding to my team at this point rather than subtracting it.
