Trade advice in the Danny Murtaugh League

I need your help with this trade offer. This is a Single Season League

I would pass on this trade. You are giving up one good players and one great player for four so-so to bad players. Johnson is a little older but in single season age is meaningless. I don't see any advantage for you.
