With the new standings page not everyone may have been aware that the Unions just ran off a franchise record 14 game winning streak before losing 9-3 to the Black Sox.

All good things must end.

During the streak we outscored our opponents 114-67 and moved from 6 games back to 1 game behind Cleveland in the race for the AL wildcard spot.

The River Cats were quite aware of your streak! You picked up a win after
the loss that ended that streak, so you're back on track. Your upcoming
series against the Naps should be quite interesting. We are playing the Sea
Monkeys, and will do our best; my players are hyped!

Got swept by the Naps 2-4, 7-8, 7-8 - my starting pitcher never made it out of the 3rd inning in any game.

The River Cats won the first game in the series against the Sea Monkeys 6-4, with one of my weaker pitchers. But I got killed in the last two, 13-5 and 10-3. My team ERA is 5.56, 12th in the league. I know what needs to be improved! If anyone has pitching to offer, I've got a lot of good hitters, and all are available.

Shoot, the Legion are just happy that both of their losses, so far in this series, to the Sea Monkey's have been one run games....
